Program Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your enrollment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. By completing your purchase, you agree to this Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy as well as our Terms of Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Self-Paced Online Courses, Workshops, and Educational Camps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Refund Window:<\/strong> We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> To qualify for a refund, you must have consumed less than 20% of the course content. If you have downloaded course certificates or extensive downloadable resources, a refund will not be issued.<\/li>\n<li><strong>After the Window:<\/strong> No refunds will be granted after the 7-day period has elapsed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation by Student<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>More than 48 hours before the start time:<\/strong> You are eligible for a full refund or a 100% credit toward a future workshop.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Less than 48 hours before the start time:<\/strong> No refunds will be issued, but you may request a recording of the workshop (if applicable) or transfer your seat to another individual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancellation After the Camp Begins:<\/strong> Once a camp session has officially started, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for remaining days or missed sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In exceptional cases, we may approve refunds or credits at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No-Shows:<\/strong> If you miss a live workshop without prior (written) notice, you forfeit your registration fee, and no refund or credit will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation or Rescheduling by Company<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While we always aim to run every scheduled program, unexpected events (e.g., instructor illness, technical infrastructure failures) may occur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If we cancel a workshop or camp entirely, you will receive a 100% full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.<\/li>\n<li>If a session is rescheduled and you cannot make the new date, you are entitled to a full refund for that specific program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Subscriptions and Recurring Memberships<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have joined a recurring monthly or annual educational subscription:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.<\/li>\n<li>Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month or mid-year cancellations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
