Designed for professionals across departments, the session demystifies generative AI and compares leading platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini. It equips participants with practical skills to use Microsoft Copilot effectively within the Microsoft environment, as well as other AI tools, to enhance daily work. Through hands-on activities, live demos, and discussions on ethics and best practices, attendees leave with the confidence to integrate AI into their workflows safely and strategically. 8 sessions of AI workshops were delivered to different groups of Butec employees starting February 2025 till March 2026
